I decided to needlepoint the dark green areas of Poppy Plaid Needlepoint Pillow plaid border using the Brick Cashmere Stitch. I ripped out the Milanese Stitch and finished up with the Brick Cashmere Stitch using the darkest green and a contrasting medium, dark green. I'm glad I tried both decorative needlepoint stitches. I hate ripping out so much that sometimes I won't try new ideas. I think it has the desired effect. I'll know better when the entire border is finished.
