I have printed of both guides and I must be dense or something but I cannot decide how to transfer them to canvass. I am thinking they, or one of them, would be a great guild project but I need a simple explanation so they can be traced onto canvass. Please help!

These stitch guides are for my painted needlepoint canvases. The canvases can be purchased through retail needlepoint shops!
