Yesterday was a productive needlepoint stitching day! I stitched Santa Stitches 1 Milanese Stitch. Here is step one completed.
Whenever I stitch decorative needlepoint stitches I always complete all of step one then complete all of step two. Doing it this way really helps me “see” the second step. Much less confusing! Here’s step two completed.
The final step was the beard. I used long stitches with double ply of Fuzzy stuff.

I dont really know what long stitches are either. It said it on the Rainbow Gallery card so I just winged it and went diagonally up each section of the beards. Im going to throw it out to FB group and see if anyone can answer!
