Framed Mosaic Stitch

Block 9 for the needlepoint Painted Stitches Sampler is the Framed Mosaic Stitch. The first step is to stitch the frames. The second step is to fill in with the smallest box stitch, the Mosaic Stitch. This is one of my favorite stitches! I use it often when I want to highlight a small area with a little square.
