Jacquard Stitch

Block 11 for the needlepoint Painted Stitches Sampler is the Jacquard Stitch. I painted and stitched the first step of the Jacquard Stitch in light turquoise then I filled in the second step with light blue. Whenever I learn a new stitch I always start at the longest point of the stitch area, then I’m not worrying about compensating the stitch while trying to learn it.
